  • Annual or biennial herb. Stems prostrate or suberect. Leaves pinnate, 3–7 foliolate. Leaflets petioluate, obovate cuneate, irregularly incised, serrate or lobed, ± villous. Stipules membranous in the lower leaves or leafy in the upper. Flowers solitary or corymbose, 4–8 mm across. Pedicel 2–12 mm. Calyculus lobes ovate acute; calyx lobes oblong obtuse. Petals loblong obovate, smaller than the calyx lobes. . Achenes minute, smooth or ridged. Style subterminal, shorter than the achene. Receptacle villous.
